Alternativní tresty jeko prostředek snižování recidivy u mladých dospělých [rukopis] / Petra Jirsová. -- 2013. -- 72 l., [6] l. příl. : grafy, tabulky. -- Ved. práce Petr Blažek. -- Abstract: Oblast aplikace alternativních trestů a zejména jejich úspěšné a řádné vykonání můžeme vzhledem k rostoucí kriminalitě mladých pachatelů vnímat, jako závažný celospolečenský problém. Alternativní trest je zde nutné chápat, jako ?podaný prst společnosti?, která se tímto snaží umožnit pachatelům napravit svou chybu a tím tak zamezit jejich další kriminalizaci. Tato bakalářská práce směřuje na základě výzkumného šetření k identifikaci rizikových faktorů, které ovlivňují úspěšné vykonání alternativního trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno ve spolupráci s pracovníky Probační a mediační služby a s odborným personálem zaměstnanců Vězeňské služby České republiky u těch odsouzených, kteří porušili podmínky uloženého trestu a v důsledku porušení podmínek stanovených soudem skončili ve vězení. Výstupem z této bude výčet rizikových faktorů, které jsou ve většině případů příčinou neúspěšného vykonání alternativního trestu.. -- Abstract: The field of application of alternative sanctions and in particular the successful and proper execution can be due to rising criminality of young offenders perceive as a serious social problem. Alternative punishment is here to be understood as "finger brought the company" , which is hereby seeks to enable offenders to correct their mistake and thereby prevent their further criminalization. This thesis aims at the research to identify risk factors that affect the successful execution of alternative sentences of community work . The survey was carried out in collaboration with the staff of the Probation and Mediation Service and professional staff employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic for those prisoners who violated the terms of the sentence imposed as a result of a breach of the conditions set by the court ended up in jail . The outcome of this will be a list of risk factors that are , in most cases, the cause of the failed execution of alternative sentences.
