Artróza se řadí mezi nejrozšířenější degenerativní onemocnění, které postihuje každou věkovou kategorii a je velice důležité včas zahájit terapii. Má práce je členěna do tří částí. V obecné části jsem se zabývala kineziologií pohybů kyčelního kloubu a kineziologií chůze. Věnuji se zde i anatomii kostí, vazů, svalů, cév a nervstva kyčelního kloubu. Ve druhé polovině obecné části jsem se zaměřila na artrózu jako onemocnění- na její etiologii, klinický obraz, patogenezi, dále jsem popsala její dělení, diagnostiku a možnosti terapie. Za důležité považuji i seznámení s prevencí a prognózou tohoto onemocnění. Speciální část je zaměřena na vhodné fyzioterapeutické koncepty a metody využívané při léčbě artrózy, ale i na léčbu fyzikální a lázeňskou. Zároveň zde uvádím seznam nejvhodnějších sportovních činností, vhodných pro osoby trpící artrózou. Hlavní část je věnována práci s pacientkou. Stěžejním je v této části bakalářské práce vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě jsem vypracovala krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Uvádím zde i realizaci krátkodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu spolu s popisem průběhu jednotlivých terapií. Na závěr hlavní části jsem zařadila výstupní kineziologický rozbor s hodnocením dosažených výsledků a z nich stanovený dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán spolu s navrženou cvičební jednotkou. The topic of my Bachelor?s thesis is the physiotherapy of arthritis of low limbs focused on coxarthrosis. Arthritis is one of the most spread degenerative diseases, which bother patients of any age. It is necessary to begin the therapy in time. My thesis is divided into three sections. In the first section I introduce the kinesiology of the hip joint motions and the kinesiology of the walk in general. I focus on the anatomy of bones, ligaments, muscles, vessels and the hip joint nerves. In the second part of the first section I describe arthritis as an illness ? its etiology, clinical image, pathogenesis, further I show its diversity, diagnostic and therapy possibilities. I point out the importance of prevention and prognosis of this disease. The special part is focused on proper physiotherapeutic concepts and methods for the therapy of arthritis, including the physical and spa treatments. Also, I introduce the list of the most suitable sports activities for patients suffering from arthritis. The main part describes my work with the patient. The principal of this part of my thesis is the initial kinesiology analysis, which makes the base for setting up of the short-time physiotherapeutic plan. I start there with the realization of short-time physiotherapy plan complemented by the description of the process of each therapy. In the end of the main part I put the final kinesiology analysis with an assessment of the final results which makes the base for the long-time physiotherapy plan together with recommended exercise unit.
