Note Ved. práce Jarmila Hořejší Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností učitele v mateřské škole. Teoretická část začíná shrnutím historického vývoje této profese. Zabývá se současnou situací osobnosti pedagoga v předškolním vzdělávání. Hodnotí vlastnosti, schopnosti i dovednosti předškolního pedagoga. Specifikuje role, do kterých se při výkonu své profese pedagog dostává. Informuje o profesních kompetencích učitele s ohledem na různé cílové skupiny. Sleduje proměny profese učitele mateřské školy a vzdělávacích forem v historickém kontextu. V praktické části zjišťuje názory na osobnost učitele mateřské školy prostřednictvím strukturovaného interview očima pedagogů i rodičů dětí navštěvujících mateřské školy. Závěrečná část práce výsledky výzkumu porovnává a hodnotí. This thesis discusses personality in nursery school teachers. The theoretical section begins by summarizing the historical development of the profession. It then outlines the current situation regarding the teacher's personality in pre-school education. It goes on to evaluate the character traits, skills, and abilities, of a nursery school teacher. It further specifies the roles which an educator assumes while in their profession. It also looks at the professional competencies of a teacher, with respect to different target groups. It tracks changes in the pre-school teaching profession and educational methods, in an historical context. The practical section determines opinions regarding personality in nursery school teachers, by means of structured interviews conducted through the eyes of educators, and through those of parents of children attending nursery school.
