Území vhodné pro budoucí centrum je v současnosti zcela nevyužívané a chátrá. Kromě stručné charakteristiky města je v analytické části práce zhodnoceno sledované území z několika klíčových aspektů. Kromě toho práce obsahuje příklady zajímavých revitalizací center z jiných měst. Prvním výstupem této práce je vytvoření návrhových opatření, která by měla vézt k oživení území a jeho využívání obyvateli Milovic. Druhým výstupem je vytvoření 3D modelu budoucího centra města. The thesis focuses on the revitalization of the city center of Milovice, which lacks a natural midpoint due to its unique history. The area, fitting for the future city center, is nowadays completely unused and it decays. Besides a brief characterictic of the city, the analytical part contains an evaluation of the observed area from several points of view. The thesis also includes examples of other interesting city centers revitalizations. The first output of the thesis is formation of suggestions, which should lead to revival of the area and boost its use by inhabitants of Milovice.
