Note Ved. práce Eva Rohanová Abstract Práce se zabývá problematikou informovaného souhlasu v kontextu chirurgického oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána historie informovaného souhlasu, jsou zde vyjmenovány hlavní právní a etické dokumenty upravující informovaný souhlas v České republice. Jedna z kapitol se zabývá komunikačními dovednostmi, které jsou potřebné při vzájemné kooperaci pacienta a lékaře při vyplňování informovaného souhlasu. Druhou část práce tvoří kvantitativní šetření. Byla použita metoda dotazníku. První cílovou skupinou byli pacienti a druhou zdravotní sestry. Oba dotazníky byly anonymní a respondenti odpovídali na uzavřené otázky. Dotazníky byly zaměřeny na subjektivní míru poučení pacientů před plánovaným operačním výkonem na Hrudní chirurgii Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem a na postoj zdravotních sester k institutu informovaného souhlasu. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat je pro větší přehlednost uvedena v tabulkách a v grafech. V diskusi jsou shrnuty zjištěné údaje. This work focuses on the issue of informed consent in the context of a surgical department. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part contains a description of the history of informed consent, including specification of the main legal and ethical documents governing informed consent in the Czech Republic. One of the chapters specifies the communication skills that are necessary during mutual cooperation between a patient and a physician during the informed consent process. The second part of the work contains a quantitative examination. A method involving a questionnaire was used. The first target group was comprised of patients, and the second was comprised of nurses. Both questionnaires were anonymous, and the respondents answered sealed questions. The questionnaires were focused on the subjective extent of instructing patients before a planned operation at the Chest Surgery Facility of Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem and on nurses' positions regarding the system of informed consent. An analysis and interpretation of the obtained data are presented in tables and graphs for a better overview. The discovered data are summarised in the discussion. Another responsib.
