Note Ved. práce Eva Buchtelová Abstract Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Fyzioterapie po plastice předního zkříženého vazu jsem se snažila popsat problematiku tohoto poranění a postupy při jeho řešení. Práce zahrnuje přehled teoretických poznatků z oblasti anatomie, fyziologie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu a také poznatky o operačním řešení tohoto poranění. V speciální části jsem se zaměřila na průběh rehabilitační péče po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Popsala jsem především různé metody, které se dnes používají a průběh fyzioterapie v jednotlivých fázích léčby. Hlavní část je věnována kazuistice u pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Kazuistika zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření pacienta, anamnézu, průběh léčby a fyzioterapie, kontrolní vyšetření a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is Physical Therapy After Surgery of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament. I have attempted to describe the issues of the injury and the remedies for it. The thesis includes an overview of the theoretical expertise from the fields of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, and also the science of surgical remedies for this injury.In the special part I have focused on the process of rehabilitative care after surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament. In particular, I have described the various methods which are used and also physical therapy in the various stages of treatment. The main part of this thesis is dedicated to the casiustry of the patient after surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament. The casiustry includes initial examination of the patient, history, course of treatment and physiotherapy, inspection examination and long-term physiotherapy plan. Another responsib.
