Hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti strojírenského podniku [rukopis] / Miroslava Poskočilová. -- 2012. -- 67 l., [2] l. příl. : grafy, schémata, tab. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Tato studie obsahuje základní pohled na ekonomické hodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku s ohledem k situaci na trhu v České republice a následné porovnání. Obecným cílem práce je charakterizovat současné postavení strojírenského odvětví v České republice a jeho přístupu k finančním zdrojům. Pomocí definice ekonomické výkonnosti je práce zaměřena na nalezení vhodného přístupu hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti daného druhu ekonomické činnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřená na souhrn východisek, principů a postupů finančně ekonomické analýzy. Konkrétním výběrem strojírenského podniku v praktické části poukazuji na specifické hodnoty ukazatelů v tomto odvětví. Ve studii je poukázáno na ekonomické paradoxy ve střediskovém hospodaření na příkladu strojírenského podniku. Výsledky šetření a analýzy poukazují na doporučení k zabezpečení lepších podmínek při dosahování vyšší výkonnosti.. -- Abstract: This study contains the basic view at the economic efficiency evaluation of the chosen company with regard to the market situation in the Czech Republic and the consequent comparison. The general aim of this work is to characterize the current position of the engineering industry in the Czech Republic and its access to financial resources. With the help of the economic performance definition, the study is focused on finding a suitable approach to the economic efficiency evaluation of the given type of economic activity. The theoretical part focuses on the summary of resources, principles and methods of the financial and economic analysis. In the practical part, I chose the particular engineering enterprise to point out the specific values of indicators in this industry. The study also points out the economic paradoxes in the departmental management on the example of the engineering enterprise. The results of the survey and the analysis point out the recommendation to ensure the better conditions when reaching the higher efficiency.
