Note Ved. práce Zdeněk Svoboda Abstract Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociální exkluze ve vztahu k integraci na trh práce. Teoretická východiska jsou orientována na problematiku sociálního vyloučení ve všech jeho aspektech, dále na charakteristiku sociálně vyloučených lokalit v Mostě. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována analýze situace obyvatel sociálně vyloučených lokalit na trhu práce, pojednává o dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a o nástrojích aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Cílem praktické části je zhodnotit komplexní program podpory sloužící k posílení integrace sociálně vyloučených osob do pracovního procesu. Součástí výzkumného šetření je identifikace vnitřních a vnějších bariér, které komplikují vstup sociálně vyloučeným do zaměstnání. The thesis is focused on issues of social exclusion in relation to the integration to the labour market. The theoretical basis is focused on problems of social exclusion in all its aspects, as well as on the characteristics of socially excluded localities in the town Most. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the situation of residents living in the the socially excluded localities in relation to the labour market, discusses the long-term unemployment and active labour market policy instruments. The objective of the practical part is to assess the comprehensive support programme aimed at promoting the integration of socially excluded people into the labour process. A part of the study is to identify internal and external barriers that complicate the access of socially excluded people into employment. Another responsib.
