Je složená z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozložená do čtyř podkapitol, které popisují tuto instituci z hlediska historického i současného. Je zde uvedena problematika zaměstnávání osob s postižením a objasněna oblast ucelené rehabilitace, kariérového poradenství, tranzitního programu a podporovaného zaměstnávání. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který je zaměřen na hledání významných překážek, se kterými se lidé s postižením při hledání zaměstnání nejčastěji setkávají. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány do tabulek a obrázků. This thesis conducts a survey on determinants which mostly affect graduates of Jedlička Institute and Schools. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theory is divided into four parts, which describe this institution from historical and current point of view. It examines the employment opportunities of physically disabled people and explains comprehensive rehabilitation, career counselling, transition and supported employment. The field part includes a research focused on the most frequent obstacles the physically disabled most often deal with. The results of the survey are recorded into tables and figures.
