Výzkum konstrukčních vrubů a jejich ovlivnění dokončovacích operací [rukopis] / Ondřej Jarolímek. -- 2011. -- 67 listů tab. + CD-ROM 1x. -- Ved. práce František Holešovský. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konstrukčních vrubů a možností jejich ovlivnění dokončovací operací z hlediska životnosti. První část diplomové práce je věnována teorii obrábění, integritě povrchu a jejím složkám společně s možnostmi jak ovlivnit složky integrity povrchu. Dále jsou popsány konstrukční vruby a současný stav výpočtu součástí s vruby. Závěr první části je věnován únavě a stanovení meze únavy společně s možnostmi jak ji lze ovlivnit. Další část se zabývá přípravou experimentu. Stanovení vhodných dokončovacích operací jak povrchu zkušební tyčinky, tak povrchu vrubu a určení velikosti zatížení těchto zkušebních tyčinek. Před samotným experimentem byly ještě stanoveny měřené veličiny a parametry, za kterých budou probíhat. V praktické části byly dle plánu experimentu nejprve na zkušebních tyčinkách změřeny zvolené parametry a pak byly postupně cyklicky zatěžovány. V poslední části práce jsou vloženy výsledky z měření a provedena jejich diskuse společně se závěrem.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with the problems of construction notches and the possibility of their influencing by the finishing operation with perspective of their life cycle. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of machining, integrity of surface and its components together with the possibilities of influencing the components of the surface integrity. Thereinafter, construction notches and the current status of the calculation of the parts with notches are described. The end of the first part deals with fatigue and setting the limits of fatigue together with the possibilities of its influencing. Another part deals with the preparation of the experiment. Determination of convenient finishing operations of both, the surface of the test rod as well as the surface of the notch and also determination of the load size of these test rods. Before the experiment also measured variables were determined as well as the applied parameters. In the practical part, first, according to the plan of the experiment, with the use of the test rods selected parameters were measured and then, a load was gradually applied to them. The final part of the thesis contains the results of measurement, these results are discussed and the final conclusion is provided.
