Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou hierarchie sídel České republiky na základě vybraných sportovních odvětví. K výběru sportů přispělo stanovené kritérium, které splnilo celkem osm kolektivních sportů. V první kapitole je zmíněna literatura související s tématem, zdroje dat a metodika jejich zpracování. Zejména zvolená metodika hraje v práci klíčovou roli. Druhá kapitola se věnuje analýzám jednotlivých sportů. Analýza se vždy skládá ze tří částí. První přibližuje historický vývoj daného sportu na našem území, druhá se týká aktuálních témat spojených s konkrétním sportem a poslední popisuje soutěže, které jsou stěžejní pro tuto práci. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na samotnou hierarchizaci sídel. Její součástí je mapové zobrazení hierarchie sídel na základě vybraných sportovních odvětví, dále analýza týkající se zastoupení sportu ve všech krajských městech, prostorový vývoj jednotlivých sportů a komparace se sídelní strukturou České republiky. V poslední části této kapitoly je řešena problematika podpory sportu na místní a národní úrovni. The thesis deals with creating a hierarchy of settlements on selected sports in the Czech Republic. The eight team sports have met the criterion of the selection. The first chapter mentions literature related to the topic, data sources and methods of treatment. Especially, the chosen methodology plays a key role in the work. The second chapter is devoted to analysis of individual sports. The analysis always consists of three parts. The first brings the historical development of sport in our country, the second deals with current issues associated with a particular sport and the last describes the competitions that are central to this work. The third chapter is focused on a hierarchy of settlements itself. It includes a map display hierarchy of settlements based on selected sports, further analysis of the representation of sport in all county seats, spatial development of sport and comparison of the settlement structure of the Czech Republic.
