Tento studijní materiál spojuje text s audiovizuálním záznamem v jeden celek. V samotném textu je řešena důležitost regenerace s ohledem na značný výskyt úrazů a snahu o dosahování maximálních výkonů hráče volejbalu. V návaznosti na tyto aspekty jsou v práci podrobně rozebrány možnosti The result of this non-research thesis is creation of multimedia material, which is designed for volleyball players, teachers, coaches and general public to spread the knowledge in the field of regeneration. This study material com-bines text with audio-visual record in one unit. The text itself deals with the importance of regeneration with regard to significant incidence of accidents and effort to archive maximum performance by volleyball players.
