Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tato práce se zabývá vnitřním trhem Evropské unie, jeho fungováním a jeho problémy. Je konkrétně zaměřena na kartelové dohody, zneužití dominantního postavení na trhu a na nezákonné slučování firem. Jejím cílem je analýza systému ochrany hospodářské soutěže v podmínkách vnitřního trhu v Evropské Unii a zhodnocení efektivity v současné době stanovených hospodářských pravidel. V prvních dvou kapitolách jsou rozebrány teoretické aspekty hospodářské soutěže, pravidel vnitřního trhu a způsobu aplikace právních norem. V poslední části jsou konkrétně rozebrány tři výše zmíněné problémy fungování vnitřního trhu a získané teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány na praktický výzkum prováděný pomocí dotazníků. This essey is concerned with functioning of the internal market in the EU and its problems. It specially focuses on cartel agreemens, abuse of dominant market position and companies for illegal mergers. Its aim is to analyze the system of protection of competition in terms of the internal market in the European Union and the evaluation of effectiveness in the present set of economic rules. In the first two chapters are discussed the theoretical aspects of competition, internal market rules and method of application of legal standards. In the last section are in detail analyzed the three above-mentioned problems in the functioning of the internal market and to gain theoretical knowledge is applied to the practical research conducted by questionnaire.
