Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem této práce je zaměřit se na IFRS úpravy, které společnost ČEZ Distribuce a.s.vykazuje jako reporting pro mateřskou společnost ČEZ, a.s. a posoudit, zda tyto úpravy zachycují v účetnictví této společnosti veškeré požadavky mezinárodních účetních standardů.Analýzou jednotlivých IFRS standardů a jejich následnou aplikací na účetní postupy a metody ČEZ Distribuce zároveň stanovuji rozdíly, které by společnost musela vykazovat při sestavování individuální závěrky dle IFRS. This thesis addresses the IFRS adjustments reported by the company ČEZ Distribuce a.s. to its mother company ČEZ a.s.. The objective of this thesis is to assess, whether all requirements of the international accounting standards are reflected in the accounting of this company by these adjustments. Based on the analysis of the individual IFRS standards and their application to the accounting principles and methods of the company ČEZ Distribuce, I am defining the differences, which would need to be reported by the company in case of reporting the individual financial statements pursuant to IFRS.
