Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění úrovně informovanosti pacientů o rizikových faktorech astma bronchiale. Dále vliv informovanosti na průběh onemocnění, dodržování léčebného režimu a selfmonitoring nemoci. V teoretické části se práce zabývá anatomií a fyziologií dýchacích cest, problematikou onemocnění astma bronchiale a úlohami sestry při ošetřování klienta s astmatem. Empirická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem pomocí dotazníku. Analýza a interpretace dat zobrazuje informovanost pacientů o rizikových faktorech astma bronchiale.. -- Abstract: Main task of this bachelor thesis is inform patients about the risk factors of bronchial asthma. The aim of this thesis is to examine the level of patient awareness about the risk factors of bronchial asthma. Furthermore, the impact of information on the course of disease, compliance with treatment regimen and self monitored disease. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the anatomy and physiology of airways and asthma problems and tasks of nurses in taking care of client with asthma. The empirical part consists of quantitative research using a questionnaire. Analysis and interpretation of given data shows the awareness among patients about the risk factors of bronchial asthma.
