Možnosti rozvoje pohybových aktivit u dítěte s DMO [rukopis] / Lenka Zadinová. -- 2010. -- 72 l. : [15] l. příl. : il. + 1 DVD. -- Ved. práce Ladislav Bláha. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přiblížení možností pohybového rozvoje chlapce trpícího spastickou formou dětské mozkové obrny. Teoretická část práce je věnována přehledu a charakteristice jednotlivých forem dětské mozkové obrny, seznamuje čtenáře s příznaky, léčbou a poruchami sdruženými s DMO. Dále je zde nastíněna problematika integrace dětí s tímto postižením do kolektivu zdravých dětí a jsou zde přiblíženy problémy těchto lidí v dospělosti. Druhá část je věnována vysvětlení pojmu ucelené rehabilitace a popisu jednotlivých složek léčebné rehabilitace. Hlavní část práce je věnována kasuistické studii chlapce s diagnózou spastické diparetické formy dětské mozkové obrny, u kterého je sledován psychomotorický vývoj od narození až po patnáctý rok života. V bakalářské práci jsou diskutovány účinky jednotlivých pohybových aktivit na zlepšení celkové hybnosti chlapce.. -- Abstract: Synopsis The aim of this work is to closely examine the possibilities of a boy suffering from spastic form of cerebral palsy he has regarding the development of movement. The theoretical part is devoted to an overview and characteristics of different forms of infantile cerebral palsy. It acquaints the reader with the symptoms, treatment and disorders associated with ICP. Furthermore, the first part contains an outline of problems children with disabilities have to face while integrating into groups of healthy children, and finally also the problems of the same people in their adulthood are mentioned. The second part explains the concept of comprehensive rehabilitation and describes the various components of rehabilitation. The main part is devoted to a casuistic descriptions of a boy diagnosed with spastic diparetic form of ICP, whose psychomotor development has been observed from his birth until his fifteenth year of life. The work discusses the effects of various physical activities aimed to improve the boy?s overall moveability.
