V úvodu seznamuji čtenáře s problematikou volebního chování. Uvádím také stručnou charakteristiku jednotlivých politických stran a vybraných krajů, resp. měst. V samotné analýze se zamýšlím nad vzájemnou souvislostí mezi výsledky politických stran a socioekonomickými a sociokulturními faktory v jednotlivých městech. Vycházím z předpokladu, že volební chování je odpovědí na ekonomickou, sociální a kulturní segmentaci společnosti. My thesis wants to analyse the election results in the selected big towns. At the beginning readers are acquainted with probléme of behaviour of people in the period of elections. The individual polical parties, chosen regions or, more precisely, towns are briefly characterized there, too. The analysis itself deals with mutual connection of the election results of political parties, socioeconomic, sociological and cultural factors in the individual towns. In my work, I procced from the assumption that behaviour in the elections corresponds with the economic, social and cultural segmentation of society. Another responsib.
