Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Zefektivnění procesu získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části, ve které vycházím z odborné literatury, jsem popsala proces získávání, výběru, přijímání a orientaci pracovníků. Praktická část je tvořena představením organizací, popisem procesů a též i výzkumem procesů mnou již zmiňovaných. Jedná se o nejdůležitější část bakalářské práce, neboť přináší poznatky o metodách personálních činností. Výzkum byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byla daná problematika zhodnocena a byla navržena optimalizace procesu. This bachelor work deals with Increasing efficiency of process of acquisition, selection and hiring of employees in selected organization. The theoretical part, which is based on scientific literature, describes the process of acquisition, selection, hiring and orientation of employees. The practical part introduces the organizations which were under examination during creation of this bachelor work, describes the above mentioned processes currently in place in those organizations and research conducted on those processes. This is the most important part of this work as it brings new findings about methods of human resources activities. The research was made by means of qeuestionnaire survey and interviews.
