Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tato práce je zaměřena na Občanské sdružení Pohoda a dvě terénní služby, které jsou tímto sdružením poskytovány - osobní asistenci a odlehčovací službu. Cílem bylo zjistit jakým způsobem zasáhly tyto služby do rodinného fungování a v jakých oblastech je služba přínosem pro její členy. Pro zjištění dat bylo použito kvalitativní strategie formou rozhovorů s rodiči osob s mentálním postižením. Tato práce poukazuje na velký význam těchto služeb nejen pro osobu s mentálním postižením, ale i celou rodinu a její fungování. V závěru této práce jsou navržena možná zlepšení služeb pro o.s. Pohoda This paper is focusing on Civic association Pohoda and two in-field services that are being provided by this association- personal assistance and respit care. The goal is to find out how have these services influenced work with disabled within families and to estimate in which areas could these services be considered as an advantage for members of the family. Data have been obtained by talking to parent of the mentally disabled people. This paper points out the enormous meaning that those services have not only for the disabled member but for the whole family. The paper is concluded by methods that might improve services of Pohoda.
