Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Motivace patří k jednomu z nejdůležitějších faktorů, které ovlivňují náš život. Ovlivňuje nejen naše chování a jednání, ale také formuje naši osobnost. Osobnost každého člověka je odlišná, stejně tak může být různá i motivace. Rozhodla jsem se tedy bádat po motivačních faktorech studentů oboru sociální práce. Teoretickou část jsem rozdělila do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá sociální prací jako takovou, profilem sociálního pracovníka, úkoly a cíli sociální práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na motivaci, což je hlavním námětem mé práce. Mimo jiné se zde zabývám zdroji motivace či pracovní motivací. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na terciární vzdělávání. V praktické části popisuji cíl a metody, vzorek a analýzu výsledku šetření. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit hlavní motivační faktory studentů FSE UJEP pro zvolení oboru sociální práce. Závěrem práce je shrnutí výsledků a návrh na řešení problematiky motivace studentů. Motivation is one of the most important factors that affect our life. It influence not only our behaviour and actions, but also forms for personality. The personality of each person is different, as can differ also motivation. So I decided to delve motivational factors for students field of social work. I divided teoretical part into three chapters. The first chapter considers social work as such, profile of social worker, tasks and goals of social work. The second chapter is oriented on motivation, which is main theme of my work. Among other things, I am concerning sources of motivation or work motivation.
