První část práce tvoří geografická charakteristika zájmového okresu, která nám představuje různorodé krajiny Mostecka. Další, praktickou částí je již samotný katalog míst, který strukturuje lokality dle převažujících možností, které skýtají k pozorování. Každé navržené místo je stručně popsáno, uvedeny jsou jevy na něm pozorovatelné a nabídnuty jsou možnosti pro praktická cvičení. V závěru práce je navržena odpolední exkurze krajinami Mostecka. This thesis offers suitable locations in the Most region which will help teachers of primary and secondary schools as destinations of field trips where geographical observations and exercises in terrain can be made. First part contains geographical characteristic of the region which introduces various landscapes that are found. Further, practical part is a catalog of locations itself which structures them according to possibilities they offer for observation. Every proposed place is briefly described, observable phenomena are mentioned and opportunities for practical exercises are proposed.
