Teoretická část pojednává o základních pojmech, obecně o motivaci, a její druhy. Mým úkolem v praktické části je zjistit pozitivní i negativní finanční motivační nástroje v Krušnohorských strojírnách Komořany a.s. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé používané motivační nástroje a také další, které podnik nevyužívá. Poté jsem se pokusila doporučit nástroje, které podnik má používat nadále. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda má motivace do budoucna zvětšující nebo zmenšující význam. Já si myslím, že motivace má a bude vždy mít velký význam. Když je pracovník dobře motivován, tak to pro podnik znamená dobrou cestu k úspěchu.
