Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na možnosti uplatnění tělesně postižených osob na trhu práce v okrese Ústí nad Labem a Liberec. Teoretická část popisuje zdravotní postižení a jeho klasifikaci. Charakterizuje osoby s tělesným postižením, možnosti jejich vzdělávání, profesní přípravu, další možnosti pracovního uplatnění a poukazuje na možné bariéry v pracovním poměru. Dále se věnuje lidem se zdravotním postižením z právního hlediska. V praktické části je rozebrána problematika zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním a tělesným postižením. Závěrečná část práce se zabývá zjištěnými poznatky vyplývající z analýzy dat. The bachelor work focuses on possibilities of ways to assert physically handicapped people in the employment market in the regions Ústí nad Labem and Liberec. The theoretical part describes a medical disablement and its classification. It characterizes physically handicapped people, possibilities of their education, a preparation for their future occupation, other possibilities how to assert themselves and points out potential barriers of the employment. Furthermore it deals with handicapped people from the legal point of view. In the practical part the questions of the employing of health or physically handicapped persons are analyzed.
