Úvodní část práce obsahuje obecnou část, jsou zde řešeny ekonomické náklady a účinnost chemické úpravy důlních vod versus kořenové čistírny odpadních (důlních) vod. Tato část podává přehled o teorii, tedy o potřebné legislativě, o odběrech vzorků a o typech analýz. Druhá část se zabývá experimentální částí. V práci jsou detailně rozebrány SOP odběru vzorků (standardní operační postupy laboratoře), zahrnuty vlastní analýzy i s výsledky. Jsou zde sledovány čtyři ukazatele: pH, nerozpuštěné látky, celkové železo a mangan. Ve třetí části jsou porovnány sledované ukazatele před a po rekonstrukci, účinnost zrekonstruované ÚDV a finanční náročnost provozu před a po rekonstrukci. My bachelorś thesis is composed of three main parts. The opening part describes the economic costs and the effectiveness of hutch water chemical treatment versus sewerage plants. This part address the necessary legislation, water sampling and types of analyses. The second part of the thesis focuses on experimental considerations. The thesis describes at great length the laboratory standards of practice. Such practices include the analyses and results of experiments that tested pH, suspended solids, iron, and manganese. The third section compares the readings of indicators from before and after reconstruction, the effectivness of reconstructed UDV, and the financial costs from before and after reconstruction.
