Senior Teplice" a jejím cílem je analyzovat kvalitu terénních služeb poskytovaných v této organizaci. Analýza byla provedena rozhovory s uživateli těchto služeb, kterými jsou senioři a osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné. Bylo zjištěno, že hlavním faktorem ovlivňujícím kvalitu, je úroveň vztahu mezi pečovatelkou a klientem. Současně bylo zjištěno, že z celkového pohledu jsou tyto služby na dobré úrovni, tedy že jsou podle daných kritérií kvalitní. Hlavním kritériem byla spokojenost klienta.. -- Abstract: Title of this work is "The quality of field services provided by civil organisation Senior Teplice" and the aim is to analyze the quality of field services provided in this organization. Analysis has been carried out by interviews with users of these services, which are the elderlies and persons with health disadvantage. It was found that the main factor affecting the quality, is the level of the relationship between health visitor and client. At the same time, it was found that from the overall view are the services good, therefore are according to the given criteria of good quality. The main criterion was satisfied client.
