Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní administrativní spolupráci v oblasti DPH. Velká část práce je zaměřena na současný systém výměny informací mezi členskými státy Evropské unie, která je důležitá pro výběr DPH ve správné výši z obchodů uvnitř EU. Dalším tématem jsou daňové podvody, které připravují členské státy o značné příjmy a narušují fungování vnitřního trhu. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat současnou vzájemnou spolupráci a navrhnout možnosti zlepšení této oblasti pro boj s daňovými podvody. This bachelor's work deals with the international administrative cooperation in the field of VAT. A great deal of my work is dedicated to the current system of exchange information between EU members state, that is necessary for the control of accurate VAT imposing on trade transactions within the EU. The next theme is tax evasion that represents a very considerable loss of revenue for the Member States and distorts the operation of the internal market.
