Note Ved. práce Běla Hátlová Abstract Tato práce se zabývá problematikou demence. Je zaměřená na aplikaci kinezioterapeutického cvičebního programu, jako jednou z možností nefarmakologické léčby. Teoretická část obsahuje nástin informací, které čtenáře dostatečně uvedou do problematiky demence. V této části práce se mimo jiné můžeme dozvědět o příčinách demence, jak se demence rozdělují a jak se diagnostikují. Dále jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé typy demencí a jejich stručné charakteristiky. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části jsou zaměřeny na možné způsoby léčby demencí a jsou zde uvedeny rady pro osoby pečující o člověka s demencí. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na kinezioterapii a na aplikaci kinezioterapeutického programu, jako jednu z možností nefarmakologické léčby. Tato část obsahuje sestavený čtyřtýdenní kinezioterapeutický cvičební program, který byl aplikován na skupině dementních pacientů a jsou zde uvedeny výsledky tohoto výzkumu. This work deals with the problems of dementia. It focuses on the application of kinesiotherapeutic exercise programme as one of the possibilities of non-pharmaceutical treatment. The theoretical part includes an outline of information which will introduce the reader to the problems of dementia. In this part we may learn, among others, about the causes of dementia, how it is divided and diagnosed. Furthermore, there are mentioned individual types of dementia and their concise characteristics. Last chapters of the theoretical part are aimed at possible means of treatment of dementia and some advice for persons who take care of people suffering from dementia are mentioned here, as well. The research part focuses on kinesiotherapy and the application of the kinesiotherapeutic programme as one of the possibilities of non-pharmaceutical treatment. This part includes an assembled four-day kinesiotherapeutic exercise programme, which was applied to a group of patients with dementia and there are also the outcomes of this research.
