Note Ved. práce Arnošt Smolík Abstract Anotace Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením validní výzkumné metody zjišťující sociální úroveň a míru funkčnosti rodin s rodiči užívajícími Subutex. Konkrétně se jedná o rodiny alespoň s jedním rodičem, který užívá Subutex legálně pod dohledem kvalifikovaného lékaře, jenž je k jeho předepisování oprávněn. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení pojmu rodina a fylogenetický vývoj společenského nazírání na ni. Dále představuje primární funkce rodiny s důrazem na jejich plnění vzhledem k dětem a mapuje následky výskytu drogové závislosti v rodině. Následně se věnuje možnostem léčby drogových závislostí s využitím rodinné terapie v substituční léčbě. Empirická část je zaměřena na vytvoření validní výzkumné metody, díky níž je možné odhalit případné nedostatky v rodinách uživatelů Subutexu, které by mohly poškodit zdravý vývoj jejich dětí. Jsou zde uvedena specifika výzkumu v rodinách a kritéria pro sestavování jednotlivých položek výzkumné metody zjišťující sociální úroveň a funkčnost rodin s rodiči užívajícími Subutex. Součástí jsou i výsledky pilotního ověřování výzkumné metody a náměty pro praxi, které vycházejí ze zjištěných výsledků. Abstract The thesis is devoted to creation of research method ascertaining the social level and utility rate of families with parents using Subutex. In the concrete, it is related to the families having at least one parent using Subutex legally in the charge of a qualified medicine doctor that is competent to prescribe it. Thesis is composed of theoretic and empiric sections whereas the theoretical part includes definition and content of concept of the family, phylogenetic progression of social view of the family and history of this concept. Further, thesis introduces primary function of family emphatically to their fulfilment with respect to the children and describes consequences of occurrence of drug addiction in family. Consequently, it attends to possibilities of treatment for drug addictions with utilization of family therapy in substitution treatment. Empiric part is focused in creation of a valid research method by means of which is possible to disclose arisen issues in particular areas of homelife of the Subutex users in roles of the parents which could be a cause of absence in fulfilment of family functions with respect to their children. The specifics of research in families are mentioned here together with criteria for composition of separate items of research method ensuring the social level and utility of families with parents using Subutex.
