Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou Daně a financování podniků a neziskových organizací. Hlavním úkolem je provést analýzu zdanění u vybraného zástupce neziskového subjektu a u podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku neziskového sektoru, popis vybraných právních forem neziskových organizací v ČR a rovněž vymezuje základní legislativu. Pozornost je věnována také zdůraznění rozdílů mezi jednotlivými činnostmi nevýdělečných organizací na konkrétních příkladech. V praktické části se snažím identifikovat specifika zdanění u dvou vybraných právnických subjektů. Na základě jejich analýzy uvádím pozitiva a negativa a blíže popisuji vzájemné odlišnosti. Dále popisuji následný vývoj v této oblasti, který je spojen s přípravou nového zákona o nevládních neziskových organizacích. The theme of my bachelor project is Taxes and financing of business and non-profit organizations. The main aim is to analyze the tax for the selected representative of the non-profit organization and enterprise subject. The theoretical part of the work contains a brief characteristic of the non-profit sector, a description of selected legal form of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic and also defines the basic legislation. Attention is paid to highlight the differences between particular activities of non-profit organizations to specific examples. In the practical part I try to identify the specifics of taxation of two selected legal entities. On the basis of their analysis, I define positives and negatives and I further describe mutual differences. I also describe the subsequent developments in this area, which is connected with the preparation of a new law on non-governmental non-profit organizations. Another responsib.
