Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu Abstract Tématem této práce je retribuční soudnictví po druhé světové válce, které mělo potrestat pomahače okupantů a kolaboranty z Lounského okresu. V práci jsou uvedeny výsledky jednotlivých Trestních nalézacích komisí a Mimořádného lidového soudu, i jejich důkladnější prozkoumání, na jehož základě lze sledovat vývoj retribučního soudnictví. Práce je proto zaměřena zaprvé na samotnou činnost Trestní nalézací komise i Mimořádného lidového soudu v prvním období retribučního soudnictví, kdy je pozornost věnována samotným rozsudkům vynesených nad obžalovanými. V další části je středem pozornosti odvolání se z rozsudku Trestních nalézacích komisí u odvolací komise Zemského národního výboru. Třetí pohled na první období retribučního soudnictví pak přináší jeho obnovení po únoru 1948, které revidovalo činnost a výsledky Trestní nalézací komise a Mimořádného lidového soudu z předchozího období. Aby mohl být zjištěn vývoj retribučního soudnictví, byly zvoleny jako mezník květnové volby roku 1946, které znamenaly díky výhře Komunistické strany zásah do složení Trestních nalézacích komisí. The topic of this work is the vindicative judicature after World War II that was to punish helpers of the occupants, and quislings from the Louny district. The work contains both the results of individual Vindicatory Discovery Commissions and Extraordinary People´s Court of Justice, and their more exhaustive scrutiny on the basis of which it is possible to follow the development of vindicative judicature. Therefore, the work is firstly focused on the activity of the Vindicatory Discovery Commission and the Extraordinary People´s Court of Justice in the first period of the vindicative judicature itself, when attention is paid to the very sentences imposed on the accused. In the next part, the appeal from the adjudications by the Vindicatory Discovery Commissions at the jury of appeal of the Provincial People´s Committee is the centre of general attention. Hereupon, the third insight on the first period of the vindicative judicature brings its renewal after February of 1948 that revised the activity and results of the Vindicatory Discovery Commission and the Extraordinary People´s Court of Justice from the previous period. In order that the development of the vindicatory judicature may be ascertained, the May elections in 1946, as a turning-point, were chosen that denoted, thanks to the Communist Party victory, an inroad into the composition of the Vindicatory Discovery Commissions.
