Note Lic. smlouva Abstract V mé bakalářské práci analyzuji systém financování důchodů v České republice. Nejprve podrobně popisuji nejvýznamnější zdroj jeho financování, a to první pilíř, kterým je povinné důchodové pojištění. Věnuji se jeho nedostatkům ve vztahu k nepříznivému demografickému vývoji české populace a z něj vyplývající nutnosti reformy tohoto systému. Navazuji druhým pilířem systému důchodového zajištění, kterým je dobrovolné penzijní připojištění se státním příspěvkem. Krátce se v práci zmiňuji i o soukromém životním pojištění, někdy též nazývaném jako třetí pilíř důchodového zabezpečení. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce se blíže zabývám návrhem reformy důchodového zabezpečení dle dvou nejsilnějších politických stran v České republice, nejprve návrhem reformy dle vládní Občanské demokratické strany, navazuji upraveným návrhem důchodové reformy vlády ČR a poté návrhem reformy podle nejsilnější opoziční strany České strany sociálně demokratické. In my bachelor work I analyze the system of financing retirement pension in the Czech Republic. In the first part of my work I discribe in detail the most important source of its financing, so called the first pillar of the system, the obligatory pension insurance. I discribe its inadequacies in the consider to the negative demografic development of the czech population and its necessity of the revision. I continue with the descripton of the second system of the pension securing, that is the voluntary pension income insurance with the state benefit. Briefly I discribe the private life insurance, sometimes called the third pillar of the system. In the last part of my work I do closely consider proposals of the reformation of the czech pension system upon two most important political parties in the Czech Republic, first with the proposal of the strongest goverment party, Civil Democratic Party. I continue with the modified government proposal and afterthat I discribe the proposal of the strongest non-goverment party, The Czech Social Democratic Party. Another responsib.
