Rehabilitační postupy v terapii funkční ženské sterility [rukopis] / Aneta Kalužná. -- 2008. -- 96 l., [8] l. příl. : il. -- Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu. -- Abstract: V úvodu této práce nastiňuji problematiku sterility. Přehled teoretických poznatků je rozdělen na dvě části, na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část obsahuje stručný přehled vývoje léčby neplodnosti, obecné informace o neplodnosti, jsou zde uvedeny anatomické podklady k dané problematice a základní diagnostické postupy. V terapeutických postupech uvádím obecné informace o možné farmakologické a chirurgické léčbě, metodách asistované reprodukce, potřebě psychické péče a také o možnostech nemedicínského řešení neplodnosti. Speciální část obsahuje informace o komplexní rehabilitaci, fyzikální terapii a uvádím zde možné fyzioterapeutické metody vhodné k léčbě. Následuje cíl a úkoly práce. V hlavní části představuji svou klientku formou kazuistiky. Na základě provedení vstupního kineziologického rozboru je sestaven krátkodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále uvádím popis jednotlivých setkání s klientkou a tedy vlastní průběh léčby. Následuje dlouhodobý program rehabilitace. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení splnění cíle a úkolů. Následuje seznam použitých dokumentů. Přílohy obsahují doplňující text a obrázky.. -- Abstract: There is written about the problem of sterility at the beginning of this work. Summary of theoretical information is divided in two parts - common and particular part. There is information about the progress of therapy of infertility, information about infertility, anatomical foundations and the diagnostical methods in the common part. There is information about farmacological and surgical therapy, methods of artifical insemination, need of psychical care and possibility of non-medical treatment of infertility in the chapter named Therapeutical methods. There is information about complex restitution, physical therapy and adequate rehabilitative procedures in the particular part. Goal and tasks follow. My patient is introduced in the main part in case report. I made short term program of treatment according to input rehabilitative inspection. Furthermore there is mentioned the description of particular meetings with my patient and thus its own cntinuance of medication. Long term program of treatment follows. I rate performance of the goal and tasks at the end of this work. A list of used documents follows. Supplement contain completive text and pictures.
