Na příkladu investice Paláce ZDAR byly zobrazeny jednotlivé etapy výstavby a předpoklady plynoucí ze zadávání veřejných zakázek, které musela firma dodržet. V závěru práce byla provedena anylýza finanční stránky a efektivnosti této investice.
