Analýza možností investování prostřednictvím bankovního sektoru [rukopis] = Analysis of the investment possibilities through bank sector / Jan Vejmelka. -- 2007. -- 45 l. : tabulky. -- Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu. -- Abstract: V této bakalářské práci jsem provedl analýzu různých variant investování nabízené bankovním sektorem. Podrobně zde vysvětluji prvky investování, jak z hlediska individuálního, tak samozřejmě i kolektivního. V praktické části jsem se snažil svému klientovi navrhnout klíčový plán pro pravidelné a jednorázové investice a doporučit mu tak, co nejlepší zhodnocení kapitálu. Proto je nejvhodnější rozložit klientovo portfolio do podílových fondů. Tento druh investování představuje tzv. "investiční balíčky``, které mohou mít různé složení. Podílový fond vzniká tak, že řada menších investorů investuje své úspory společně a svěří je do správy profesionálnímu správci - investiční společnosti. Při vytvoření klíčového plánu pro investora jsem spolupracoval s bankou ČSOB, a.s. a jejími investičními poradci. Na základě nejvýhodnějšího investování bylo zainvestováno do podílových fondů, které jsou schopny investice zhodnotit v největším měřítku a s odpovídajícím rizikem.. -- Abstract: In this bachelor dissertation I have conducted an analysis of the various investment possibilities offered by bank sector. I explain in more details the investment elements in term of individual investment and of course in term of collective investment. I have striven to propose to my bank customer a key task for periodic and single capital investment in the hands-on-approach and to say a good word for the best valuation of his capital. For all that optimal thing in this case is, that the client portfolio will be layed out to shares funds. This kind of the investment presents so called "investment packages``, which might be various structures. The shares fund stems from the situation, when the round of small investors invest their savings together and leave in trust with professional trustee - the copany investment. By creating the key task for the investor I cooperated with the bank ČSOB, a.s. and their investment counsels. On the basis of optimal investment it has been invested in shares funds, which are able to valorize the investment on the largest scale and with commensurate risk.
