Teoretická část práce mapuje vývoj hlavních teorií leadershipu, uvádí rozdíly mezi managementem a efektivním vedením lidí, zabývá se budováním týmu a na závěrem teoretické části práce je zmíněno současné pojetí leadershipu. Výzkum využívá metodu dotazování a je použit standardizovaný dotazník: Dotazník pro analýzu pracovního klimatu. Dotazník se zaměřuje na vztah vedoucího a podřízených v jednotlivých kritických místech. Vynesením výsledků odpovědí do polárního grafu byl získán obraz celkové situace. Bachelor thesis deals with the style of leadership and a working climate at the selected basic schools of region. It is set up on the base of the empirical research. Theoretic part of this work describes the development of the basic theory of leadership, adduces the differences between the management and effective people supervision. This work deals also with the formation of the team and there is noted the actual concept of leadership in conclusion of the theoretic part of work. The research uses the question method. There is the standardized question form used at this research - Question form for the working climate analysis. The form is focused on the relationship of the head and subordinates in single critical points. The image of the general situation was got at the plot of answer results in the polar diagram.
