Abstract Energetické využití biomasy je velice široké tema - spadá sem spalování biomasy, výroba bioplynu, výroba alternativních biopaliv. Různé ekologické aktivity tlačí na využívání biomasy a obnovitelných zdrojů. Ekonomický rozbor však ukazuje, že budování těchto zdrojů se neobejde bez společenské a finanční podpory. Hustota energie z obnovitelných zdrojů je proti fosilním palivům malá a to přináší zvýšené náklady na výrobu a skladování. Práce ukazuje strukturu nákladů i výnosů jednotlivých možností využití biomasy v energetice. Pokud je jako palivo využíván odpad z výroby - dřevní štěpky, sláma, kal z čističky odpadních vod či kejda z živočišné výroby, pokryje výroba energetické potřeby technologie a většinou i přilehlých prostor. Navíc se z odpadu stává surovina vhodná pro další využití. The energetic utilize of biomass is a very broad theme. The combustion of biomass, the production of biogas, the production of the alternative biofuel belong here. Varienty of ecological activities push on the exploitation of biomass and renewable resources. Nevertheless, the economic analysis displays that developing of these sources can´t work without social and financial support. The energy density from renewable resources compared to the fossil fuel is low, and it brings increased expenses for production and stocking. The thesis displays a structure of expenses, as well as proceeds, and their options of usage in the energetics. If the wood chips, straw, the sewage plant sediments or liquid manure are used as the waste of a production, the production meets the energy requirements of the technology and the contiguous spaces.
