Oponent Jaroslav Říčan Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu. V teoretické části zahrnuje klasifikaci násilí, agrese, šikany a podrobněji se věnuje problematice násilí na pracovišti. V práci jsme se zaměřili konkrétněji na mobbing a bossing jejich projevy, průběh a okolnosti, které přispívají k jejich výskytu. V závěru práce se věnujeme obraně a prevenci výskytu těchto jevů. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkum, který se zaměřuje na výskyt mobbingu a bossingu na základních školách. Jako nástroj pro získání dat byl použit online dotazník. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat výskyt mobbingu a bossingu na základních školách a zjistit, zda souvisí výskyt fenoménů mobbingu a bossingu s pohlavím ředitelů. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of mobbing and bossing. In the theoretical part, it includes the classification of violence, aggression, bullying and deals in more detail with the issue of violence in the workplace. In our work, we focused more specifically on mobbing and bossing, their manifestations, course and circumstances that contribute to their occurrence. At the end of the thesis, we deal with the defense and prevention of the occurrence of these phenomena. The practical part includes research that focuses on the occurrence of mobbing and bossing in elementary schools. An online questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the occurrence of mobbing and bossing in elementary schools and to find out whether the occurrence of mobbing and bossing phenomena is related to the gender of the principals.
