Ved. práce Lucie Libešová Abstract Názvem této bakalářské práce je "Onkologie a těhotenství". Práce se zabývá onkologickým onemocněním, které bylo zjištěno v průběhu těhotenství. Teoretická část popisuje onkologické onemocnění, čímž je melanoblastom choroidey a problematiky ženy jako jsou preeklampsie, císařský řez, postoupení Leksellova gama nože a léčba tokolytiky z důvodu předčasného porodu. V praktické části popisuji kvalitativní výzkumnou metodu, která je pro tento případ vhodná a tou je kazuistika. Dále je zde nastíněna psychická stránka ženy i blízké osoby, zde je popsáno, jak prožívá sama žena toto těžké období a jak to prožívá blízká osoba těhotné. Ošetřovatelský proces je popsán dle modelu Marjory Gordonové. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat přiblížit onkologickým onemocněním zjištěným v průběhu těhotenství a popsat problematiku těhotné. Z hlediska prevence jsem se rozhodla vytvořit edukační leták (Příloha č. 5), který by mohl pomoci k prevenci očních onkologických onemocnění. Tato žena spadá do specifické skupiny. The title of this bachelor thesis is "Oncology and pregnancy". The work deals with cancer, which was detected during pregnancy. The theoretical part describes the oncological disease, which is melanoblastoma of the choroid and women's problems such as preeclampsia, caesarean section, transmission of Leksell's gamma knife and treatment of tocolytics due to premature birth. In the practical part I describe a qualitative research method that is suitable for this case and that is a case study. It also outlines the psychological side of the woman and loved ones, it describes how the woman herself is going through this difficult period and how the loved one is experiencing a pregnant person. The nursing process is described according to the model of Marjory Gordon. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the oncological diseases detected during pregnancy and to describe the problem of pregnant women.
