Fyzioterapie po plastice předního zkříženého vazu [rukopis] / Lenka Svobodová. -- 2022. -- 73 l. + 12l. příloh : portréty. -- Ved. práce Eva Buchtelová. -- Oponent Zuzana Růžičková. -- Abstract: Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u vybraného pacienta (muž, 19 let) po rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu pravého kolenního kloubu. Metodika: Práce obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta (muž, 19 let) po plastice LCA. Celá fyzioterapeutická intervence trvala 5 týdnů a pacient docházel 2x týdně. Nejdříve byl proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor spolu s anamnézou. Na základě výsledků vyšetření jsem navrhla krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, který byl následně realizován a popsán v práci. Do terapie jsem zahrnula cviky na zlepšení RP, svalovou sílu a stabilitu kolenního kloubu. Z konceptů jsem například využila PNF, DNS, Brügger koncept, cvičení s therabandem, fyzioballem, overballem nebo senzomotorickou stimulaci. V polovině terapie, tj. 3. týden, jsem provedla kontrolní vyšetření, zaměřené na RP a svalovou sílu svalů kolenního kloubu. Na konci terapie jsem provedla výstupní kineziologický rozbor a výsledky porovnala. Na konec jsem pacientovi navrhla dlouhodobý plán fyzioterapie. Výsledky: Po absolvování terapie se pacientovi zlepšil RP do flexe i extenze kolenního kloubu, dále došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly flexorů i extenzorů kolene. S pacientem jsme úspěšně zkorigovali stereotyp chůze a celkově stabilizovali kolenní kloub pomocí posílení dynamických stabilizátorů a také zlepšením HSSP. Závěr: Díky vhodně stanovené fyzioterapeutické intervenci došlo ke zlepšení všech testovaných parametrů, a tudíž byla intervence úspěšná. Vypracování této práce byla pro mě velice dobrá zkušenost a to z hlediska získaných znalostí i z praktických dovedností. Důležité pro mě bylo hlavně zjištění, že každý pacient je jiný a může mít různé komplikace.. -- Abstract: Aim: The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to solving the problems of physiotherapy for a selected patient (male, 19 years old) after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the right knee joint. Methodology: The work contains a case report of a patient (male, 19 years old) after LCA plastic surgery. The whole physiotherapeutic intervention lasted 5 weeks and the patient came twice a week. First, an initial kinesiological analysis was performed together with a medical history. Based on the results of the examination, I proposed a short-term physiotherapy plan, which was then implemented and described in the work. I included exercises to improve range of motion, muscle strength and knee stability in the therapy. From the concepts I used PNF, DNS, Brügger concept, exercises with theraband, physioball and overball. In the middle of the therapy, ie week 3, I performed a control examination, focused on RP and muscle strength of the knee joints. At the end of the therapy, I performed a final kinesiological analysis and compared the results. In the end, I proposed a long-term physiotherapy plan to the patient. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's range of motion to flexion and extension of the knee joint improved, and the muscular strength of the flexors and extensors of the knee also increased. With the patient, we successfully corrected the walking stereotype and generally stabilized the knee joint by strengthening the dynamic stabilizers and also by improving the deep stabilization system of the spine. Conclusions: Thanks to a properly determined physiotherapeutic intervention, all tested parameters improved and therefore the intervention was successful. The elaboration of this work was a very good experience for me, both in terms of acquired knowledge and practical skills. What was important for me was the finding that each patient is different and may have different complications.
