Dále uvádí popis použitého simulačního programu. V experimentální části je uvedena optimalizace vtokové soustavy na stroji Techmire 44 NTX ve firmě Beneš a Lát, a.s. V části vyhodnocení uvádí optimalizaci vtokové soustavy pomocí simulace a následně u vybrané varianty potvrzuje hodnoty zkouškou měření porezity dle standardu P201. Tato práce uvádí také ekonomické zhodnocení, které je důležitou součástí každé výroby. Jednotlivé změny vtokové soustavy jsou zobrazeny na obrázcích, které vznikly simulací několika variant vtokové soustavy. Výsledkem této práce je eliminace vad odlitků úpravou formy, nikoli výrobou formy nové. The thesis deals with the theoretical description of the casting defects, provides an overview and description of the selected machines for casting and molding parameters and their influence on the foundry process. It also describes the simulation program used. The experimental part given optimization gating machine Techmire NTX 44 in company Benes and Lat a.s. In the part of the evaluation, the optimization of the molding system is simulated and then the selected variant confirms the values of the P201. This thesis also provides an economic evaluation, which is an important part of every production. The individual changes of the molding system are shown in the figures, which were created by simulation of several variants of the molding system. The result of this thesis is the elimination of defects of castings by mold modification, not by the production of new forms. Another responsib.
