Vedoucí práce Jaroslav Veteška Abstract Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Analýza činností a cílů Probační a mediační služby je, na základě analýzy a realizovaného výzkumného šetření, zjistit povědomí dospělé populace Rakovnického okresu v oblasti Probační a mediační služby. Dále pak jaké zaujímá dospělá populace stanovisko vůči alternativním trestům. Bakalářká práce je složena z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními teoretickými východisky Probační a mediační služby České republiky. Popisuje samotnou organizační strukturu, činnosti, cíle, principy a součinnost Probační a mediační služby. Dále se věnuje tématu alternativních trestů. Zmíněna jsou i pedagogická východiska pro práci Probační a mediační služby a specifické skupiny, kterým se tato instituce věnuje. Empirická část je realizována vlastním kvantitativním šetřením pomocí metody dotazníku, s cílem zmapovat znalosti dospělých o hlavních činnostech a poslání Probační a mediační služby. Analyzuje postoje laické veřejnosti k alternativním trestům. Zahrnuje profil skupiny respondentů, průběh výzkumu i jeho vyhodnocení. The main goal of the thesis is the Analysis of the activities and goals of the Probation and Mediation Service. The thesis is based on theoretical analysis of data research where the main target is to find out the awareness of the adult population of the Rakovnik district in the field of Probation and Mediation Services. Another goal of the thesis is to find out what the adult population has to say about alternative punishment. The bachelor thesis is composed of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic theoretical background of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic. It describes the organizational structure, activities, goals, principles and synergy of the Probation and Mediation Service itself. It also deals with the topic of alternative punishments. Furthermore mentioned the pedagogical starting points for the work of the Probation and Mediation Service and the specific groups that this institution is dedicated to.
