Oponent Jan Šmíd Abstract Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Habermasovo pojetí deliberativní demokracie je přiblížit teorii deliberativní demokracie v díle Jürgena Habermase. Toto pojetí bude podrobeno komparaci s pojetím deliberativní demokracie u dalších významných myslitelů: J. Rawlse, J. Cohena, J. Fishkina a S. Chamberse. V diplomové práci bude jedna kapitola věnována odlišení deliberativní demokracie od demokracie liberální, komunitaristické a kosmopolitní. V závěrečné části práci dojde k porovnání teorie deliberativní demokracie s její podobou v praxi. Pro vypracování bude využita heuristicko-kritická metoda. The aim of this thesis called Habermas's Concept of Deliberative Democracy is to approximate theory of deliberative democracy of Jürgen Habermas. This concept will be compared with theory of deliberative democracy of J. Rawls, J. Cohen, J. Fishkin and S. Chambers. One chapter of this work will focuse on differences between theory of deliberative democracy and theory of liberal democracy, communitarism theory of democracy and cosmopolitan theory of democracy. Final chapter will focuse on comparing theory of deliberative democracy with deliberative democracy in practise. For elaboration of this thesis will be used heuristically-critical method.
