Oponent Vladimír Balach Abstract Tato bakalářská práce řeší neshody systémového a fyzického stavu zásob ve velkoobchodní firmě Igefa, s. r. o., za pomoci sběru dat o klíčových úkonech při přebírání, skladování, přípravě a následné expedici zákazníkovy. Možná problémová místa byla určena za pomoci zahraničních studií zabývajících se problémem skladových neshod a konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy. Za použití sebraných dat byly zjišťovány závislosti mezi jednotlivými faktory. Z výsledků závislostí a následné konzultaci těchto výsledků se zaměstnanci byly určeny hlavní faktory, které způsobují neshody systémového a skladového stavu zásob. Mezi tyto faktory patří nedodržování vnitropodnikových pravidel, nedostatečná velikost skladu a nedostatek zaměstnanců. Na základě těchto výsledků bylo doporučeno klást větší důraz na dodržování vnitropodnikových pravidel, znovu informovat o těchto pravidlech své zákazníky, kteří je porušují. Dále bylo doporučeno zvážit rozšíření a reorganizaci svých skladových prostor a nábor nových zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis solves disagreements in system and physical inventory in the wholesale company Igefa, s. r. o., by collecting data in key operation of the reception, storage, preparation and follow-up expedition to a customer. Possible trouble spots was determined with the help of foreign studies which was dealing with the problém of inventory inaccuracies and consultation with company employees. Using the collected data were investigated dependencies between each of the factors. From the results of these dependencies and subsequent consultation with employees of the company were determined the main factors that cause the disagreements in warehouse inventory system. These factors include the failure of internal rules, the insufficient size of the warehouse and lack of employees. Based on these results was recommended that the company should put greater emphasis on compliance with internal rules and to inform customers who violates them about the rules again.
