Rehabilitace po úrazu kolenního kloubu / Tomáš Zima. -- 2016. -- 79 listů, 17 nečíslovaných listů příloh : barevné ilustrace. -- Vedoucí práce Jaroslava Bredlová. -- Oponent Gabriela Medunová. -- Abstract: Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Rehabilitace po úrazu kolenního kloubu, a to konkrétně měkkého kolene. Cílem této práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie po úrazu kolenního kloubu. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a biomechanikou kolenního kloubu. Dále se v této části zaobírám poraněním a léčbou menisků a předního zkříženého vazu. Následně v teoretické části popisuji fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy, které se využívají při rehabilitaci u pacientů s poraněním menisků a předního zkříženého vazu a vybrané druhy fyzikální terapie. V metodice se věnuji kazuistice u vybrané pacientky. Na základě kineziologického rozboru byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V závěrečné části mé práce shrnuji a hodnotím dosažené výsledky.. -- Abstract: The theme of my bachelor's thesis is Rehabilitation after injury of the knee joint and specifically soft tissue injury of knee. The aim of this work is to help solve problems of physiotherapy after injury of the knee joint. The general theoretical part deals with the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint. Furthermore this section occupy the injury and treatment of meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament. Subsequently in a theoretical part I describe methods and techniques of physiotherapy which are used in the rehabilitation of patients with the meniscus injury and the anterior cruciate ligament injury and I describe selected types of physical therapy. The main part is devoted to the case study in chosen patients. Based on the kinesiology analysis was set short- and long-term physiotherapy plan. In the final part of my thesis I summarize and evaluate the results.
