Souvislost sebehodnocení profesních dovedností se škálami motivace k výkonu / Michaela Pokorná. -- 2016. -- 102 listů : grafy + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Iva Wedlichová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací k výkonu a sebehodnocením profesních dovedností u studentů učitelství prvního stupně základní školy. Jedná se o práci teoreticko výzkumnou a jejím cílem je zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi motivací k výkonu a profesním sebehodnocením. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První je věnována sebepojetí, definuje tento pojem a zabývá se etapami utváření profesního sebepojetí a volby povolání. Druhá kapitola je věnována sebehodnocení, čím je ovlivněno a jeho důležitost. Třetí kapitola pojednává o motivaci, její funkci, objasňuje pojmy motivace a motiv a zaměřuje se na teorii motivace. Poslední kapitola je věnována mladé dospělosti, objasňuje, co se s osobností děje v tomto období. Výzkumná část diplomové práce pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu ukazuje na možné souvislosti mezi motivací k výkonu a sebehodnocením profesních dovedností. Je zde popsán postup a metody výzkumu a předkládána data, která byla získaná dotazníkovým šetřením. Následuje diskuse a závěrečné shrnutí práce.. -- Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the motivation to the performance and the self-evaluation of professional skills at students of teacher training at the first grade of primary school. The thesis is theoretically-research and the aim is to find out if there is a relationship between the motivation to the performance and professional self-assessment. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first one describes self-concept, it defines this term and it deals with the stages of forming our professional self-concept and the choice of career. The second chapter describes self-evaluation, its influence and importance. In the third chapter the author writes about motivation, its function, she clarifies the terms as motivation, motive and focuses on the theory of motivation. The last chapter deals with the topic of young adulthood, it clarifies what happens with the personality in this period. The research part of this diploma thesis points out the possible connection between motivation to the performance and self-evaluation of professional skills.It´s based on quantitative research. There is described the procedure, the methods of research and presented data that were gained via questionnaire. It´s followed by the discussion and summarization.
