Je zde popsána migrační politika České republiky, která v první řadě vychází ze zákona č. 326/1999 Sb., o pobytu cizinců a z legislativního rámce Evropské unie. Dále se práce věnuje oblasti pracovního trhu a integrační politice. Pokud sami Ukrajinci o integrační proces stojí, s ohledem na podobnost našich kultur to není náročný proces. Ukrajinci z praktické části práce vyjádřili, že do ČR přišli z ekonomických důvodů. Jejich představa o životě v nové zemi se týkala práce a finančního výdělku. Česko vnímají jako klidnou zemi. Zaměstnavatelé jsou s Ukrajinci spokojeni a mají o ně zájem i v době ekonomické krize. Negativně hodnotí náročný legislativní proces. This bachelor thesis deals with the Ukrainian nationality in the Czech labor market. It describes the migration policy of Czech Republic, which is primarily based on Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on Residence of Aliens in the Territory of the Czech Republic and the legislative framework of the European Union. Next section is devoted to the labor market and the Integration policy. Ukrainians can be easily integrated if they want. Our culture are similar. Ukrainians appearing in the practical part of thesis opened that they came to the Czech Republic for economic reasons. Their idea of life in a new country was related to labor and financial earnings. They perceive Czech Republic as a peaceful country. Employers are satisfied with staff from Ukraine and they are interested in a cooperation with them even in times of economic crisis.
