V obecné části jsem shromáždila z odborné literatury poznatky a anatomii a fyziologii kardiovaskulárního systému. Dále jsem se konkrétně věnovala ischemické chorobě srdeční, jejímu rozdělení, diagnostice a léčbě. Speciální část je zaměřena na fyzioterapeutické postupy v předoperačním a v pooperačním období. Metodika obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po aortokoronárním bypassu. This thesis deals with the rahabilitation after cardiac surgery and is devided into general, special and methodology part. In the general part, I gathered knowledge from the literature of anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system. I specifically focused on ischemic heart disease, its classification, diagnosis and treatment. Special part is focused on physiotherapy in the preoperative and postoperative periods.
