Teoretická část popisuje historický vývoj suburbanizace, aktuální situaci a její dopady v oblasti sociální, ekonomické a ekologické, zvláště kdy budovaní dramaticky zasahuje do krajiny a jejího charakteru. Hlavním tématem jsou změny ve venkovských obcích. V této práci budou použita statistická data z dostupných zdrojů. Důraz bude kladen na venkovské komunity (do 3000 obyvatel). Podle údajů budou vybrány obce, které odpovídají vybraným kritériím (intenzita bytové výstavby, migrační saldo, vzdělanostní struktura). Tyto venkovské komunity budou detailně studovány a bude proveden řízený rozhovor s představiteli obcí (jak tyto komunity byly ovlivněny suburbanizací). This work deals with suburbanization in the Ústí region. The theoretical part describes the historical development of suburbanization to the current situation and its repercussions in the social, economic and ecological especially when the building is hit by a massive landscape and its character. Focusing on changes in rural communities. In this work will be used statistical data from available sources. Emphasis will be placed on rural communities (up to 3000 inhabitants). According to the data will be selected villages, which correspond to the selected criteria (new housing, migration, education index).
