První část obsahuje obecné pojednání o Morbus Bechtěrev, kde jsem shrnula všechny dostupné poznatky o pohledu na diagnostiku, klinické příznaky a léčbu. Dále jsem popsala stručnou anatomii páteře a úvod do revmatologie s klasifikací revmatických onemocnění. Druhá speciální část je zaměřena na obecnou ucelenou rehabilitaci a ergoterapii, na konkrétní ergoterapeutické metody léčby a prevence. Uvedla jsem i některé kompenzační pomůcky pro revmatiky. V třetí, hlavní části práce, jsou uvedena vstupní a výstupní vyšetření klienta a průběh společné ergoterapie.. -- Abstract: Bachelor theses is divided into three parts. The first section contains general discussion about Morbus Bechterew. There are summarized all the available knowledge about the diagnostics, clinical symptoms and treatment. Next, the anatomy of spine is described and introduction to the rheumatology with the classification of rheumatic diseases. The second special section is focused on general complete rehabilitation and occupational therapy and ergotherapeutical specific methods of treatment and prevention. There is noted some compensation aids for rheumatism. In the third, the main part of the thesis, are listed the input and output examination of the client and the process of a common therapy.
