V práci rozebírám témata, která souvisí s touto konkrétní akciovou společností. Jde například o služby, které podnik poskytuje svým klientům, jak vzdělává své zaměstnance nebo také co stojí za úspěchem společnosti na českém trhu. V praktické části jsem provedla rozbor výkonnosti společnosti Broker Consulting, který jsem udělala pomocí finanční analýzy. Veškeré metody finanční analýzy, které jsem v práci aplikovala, jsou blíže vyjádřeny v teoretické části. V praktické části je také zahrnuta SWOT analýza, pomocí které jsem navrhla doporučení do budoucna. This Bachelor Degree Thesis was created in order to analyse both the operation and the economic situation of the company "Broker Consulting, Inc". There are topics regarding specifically to this company, for example the services provided its clients, education and care for their staff or what is the cause of success of this company on the Czech market. The practical part anatomizes productivity of the company using the financial analysis. All applied methods are explained and described in the theoretical part.
